Guest privacy notice

Reservation information

We collect your name, contact number, address, stay dates, room selection, occupant names, ID type, ID number, ID photographs and arrival notes to arrange your reservation, verify identity and maintain guest-house records. Do not include unrelated sensitive information in the notes.

Who can access your details

Reservation information is stored in Bastion Home's Supabase business database and is available to authorised guest-house staff through the management application. ID photographs are kept in private storage and the administrator's guest ID repository; they are not published on this website. Room availability is shared between online reservations and reception bookings. Other guests cannot view your reservation details.

ID and payment review

The ID details must match a clear photograph of the complete identity document. Incorrect, mismatched, blurred or incomplete evidence may prevent confirmation. Present the original ID at check-in. Payments are arranged with official reception through WhatsApp and verified by staff. No payment is collected by this website.

Retention and your choices

Guest ID photographs are retained for at least one year under the guest house's record-keeping policy. Other guest records are kept for operational and applicable record-keeping requirements. Contact reception to ask about access, corrections, retention or deletion, subject to those requirements.

Website storage

Your reservation form and ID photos are not saved in browser storage. This website does not use advertising cookies. Operational request identifiers and network information may be processed to prevent abuse.
